Internal Surfaces
- Internal surfaces are not included in QC.
Exchanges & Refunds
- An exchange or refund will only be provided if there are factory defects present.
- We do not offer change of mind return.
Time Frame
- The unit must be opened and inspected within 7 days from the delivery day, according to the tracking, to be qualified for exchange and refund.
- A continuous unboxing video without any interruption needs to be provided as proof of the defects and damage that occurred from the factory. In addition to the video, please also supply the photos that clearly taken to better show the defect.
- For the PCB warranty claim, please show proof of DOA or defect to claim for damage
- The video of the PCB is not recognised by VIA
- Photos of damage (if applicable).
A-Stock Criteria
- A kit is considered A-Stock if:
- It has no damage, scratches, or dents larger than 1×1 mm.
- It is free from any defects that prevent it from functioning as intended.
- The external surfaces of the keyboard show no scratches, dents, or damage.
- Minor imperfections on internal surfaces (not visible during use) are acceptable.
- Marks near screw holes or anodization hook marks on internal surfaces may be present and are considered normal.
Copper/Brass items
- Copper and brass items may naturally oxidise over time. While we take every possible measure—such as applying a protective clear coat—to minimise oxidation, it may still occur during transportation or due to environmental factors. As such, light oxidation will not be considered a quality control defect.
PC/PEI Material
- For PC/PEI material, there may be faint marks on the case body, and this is completely normal for PC/PEI material, so it will not be considered as scratches
Factory Patina items
- Patina render is used for presentation purposes only and will not represent the actual product. The actual product may not look the same as the render due to the patina process. Each Patina piece will also vary from one another due to the production process.
